Product Description
Four-point angular contact ball bearings primarily accommodate pure axial loads or combined loads dominated by axial forces. A larger contact angle enhances bidirectional axial load capacity. As a special variant of single-row angular contact ball bearings, their separable inner ring design enables substitution for paired single-row angular contact ball bearings. Four-point contact ball bearings can simultaneously handle radial loads, bidirectional axial loads, and moment loads, operating stably at elevated rotational speeds.
Features and Advantages
● High bidirectional load capacity
The separable inner ring design permits increased ball packing, enabling not only higher radial load handling but also exceptional bidirectional axial load capacity.
● High operating speeds and stability
The minimal contact area between rolling elements and raceways minimises operational heat generation and ensures superior guidance, making them suitable for high-speed applications with a higher limiting speed than standard angular contact ball bearings.
● Compact, space-saving design
A single bearing provides bidirectional axial positioning, eliminating the need for paired installations. This significantly reduces axial space requirements, offers a compact structure, and accommodates equipment with limited installation space, enhancing assembly efficiency.
● Easy Installation and Versatility
The inner ring features a split-type dual-half structure, allowing separate installation with the outer ring (equipped with balls and cage). This facilitates straightforward disassembly, enables rapid and precise positioning, and adapts to diverse industrial applications.
Product Applications
Machine tool spindles, CNC lathes, industrial robot joints, aero-engine components, new energy vehicle drive motors and gearboxes, mining equipment gearboxes, semiconductor processing equipment, precision optical devices, high-frequency motors, gas turbines, booster pumps, ball screws, steering brakes, clutches, etc.
