Product Description
Tapered roller bearings are separable type bearings. Both the inner and outer rings feature tapered raceways, allowing the outer ring to be separated from the inner ring assembly for interchangeable use. Designed to accommodate combined loads—simultaneous radial and axial forces—they offer high load capacity and operating speeds. The use of stamped window-type cages facilitates bearing lubrication. The extended lines of the raceways converge at a single point on the bearing axis, enabling true rolling motion and consequently low friction torque during operation. Axial load capacity increases with the contact angle. The contact angle's magnitude relates to the calculation coefficient; a higher numerical value yields a larger contact angle.
Features and Advantages
● High Load Capacity and Rigidity
Tapered roller bearings can withstand exceptionally high radial loads and unidirectional axial loads, often installed in pairs.
● Low Friction
Optimised design and manufacturing processes reduce bearing friction and enhance lubrication efficiency, minimising noise and vibration.
● Extended Service Life
Bearings possess high rated load capacities. Optimising contact stress between rollers and flanges further prolongs service life.
● Separable rings
Separable and interchangeable components facilitate installation, removal, and maintenance.
Product Applications
Front and rear wheels in motor vehicles, machine tool spindles, construction machinery, large agricultural machinery, railway vehicle gear reduction units, and reduction gearboxes.
