Product Description

Self-aligning roller bearings feature two rows of rollers, primarily designed to bear radial loads while also accommodating axial loads in either direction. They possess high radial load capacity, making them particularly suitable for heavy or vibrating loads, though they cannot bear pure axial loads. The outer ring raceway is spherical, conferring excellent self-aligning capability to compensate for misalignment errors. Featuring two symmetrical rows of spherical rollers, the outer ring possesses a common spherical raceway, while the inner ring has two raceways inclined at an angle to the bearing axis, providing excellent self-aligning capability. This bearing type offers substantial load capacity, accommodating not only radial loads but also bidirectional axial loads. It exhibits good shock resistance and is designed for high radial loads, even in environments involving eccentricity, inadequate lubrication, contaminants, extremely high speeds, or severe stress. It is particularly suitable for heavy loads or vibrating conditions.
